What We Believe

Students who interact with peers and faculty of diverse backgrounds are provided a broader exposure to the world at large and develop community skills that help them compete in a global society. To that end, our Human Resources Department continually seeks to hire and retain highly qualified personnel from a variety of cultures, races, ages, and other backgrounds. We regularly send recruiters to colleges and universities across the nation, including minority colleges. More than 60% of our teachers have advanced degrees - master's, education specialist, or doctorate - and an average of 14 years teaching experience.
