School Hours

School office hours are typically a half hour before the student school day starts and a half hour after the student school day ends. RCPS Central Office hours are 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. Summer office hours (June - mid July) may vary; check with your school.

Specialty and Choice

RCPS middle and high schools have specialty programs that are open for applications from RCPS middle and high school students regardless of which school they are zoned to attend. Some programs may require auditions. Open Houses for Specialty and Choice programs are typically held in October and November.
