FORMS
Forms
All Parents - Yearly required forms (the annual update) are in the Infinite Campus Portal and can be signed online.
Returning Parents - Returning parents must also verify contact information every year in the Infinite Campus Portal.
New Parents - For instructions on how to set up your Infinite Campus Portal account go to the Infinite Campus Portal information page.
For help with Infinite Campus information verification or signing required forms online, contact the Digital Learning Specialist (DLS) at your school.
