Infinite Campus Parent Portal (Forms, Information Verification, Grades):

REQUIRED:  All returning parents/guardians must verify their contact information and sign forms (Information Update) in the Infinite Campus Portal. Students will not receive a school-issued laptop/device until the Information Update is completed.

Forms are signed online in the Infinite Campus Portal.

New parents/guardians must register for Infinite Campus Portal to sign forms (Annual Update), view grades, report cards, attendance and more. Your child's GTID (Georgia Testing ID) is also available in your Infinite Campus Portal.

Clear Bookbag Requirements and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):

All bookbags (backpacks) carried by students in Grades 1-12 must be clear. Clear bookbags are optional for Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten students. Students will carry their laptops in the school-issued, non-transparent laptop bag. Students participating in an extracurricular activity are permitted to carry non-transparent bags to store items pertaining to their particular activity (i.e. band, athletics, etc.). Upon entry into the school, all extracurricular activity bags must be stored in lockers or designated areas. All bags are subject to search. Additionally, the maximum size for non-transparent bags that students will be permitted to carry during the school day, such as lunch kits, pencil bags and purses, will be 6” x 9”.

Personal Device Pouches (Yondr cell phone bags) Grades PK-8:

Georgia’s Distraction Free Education Act (HB 340) requires all public schools in in the state to enact a policy and procedure for the use of personal electronic devices at school and school sponsored events by students in kindergarten through 8th grade. RCPS will be implementing the use of personal device pouches for Pre-K through 8th grade for the 2025-26 school year. 

Students will be asked to turn off their personal device upon entering the school building and place their device in a lockable pouch that they will keep with them throughout the school day. Pouches will be unlocked by staff members at the end of the school day. Pouches will remain at school. Students with medical needs or disabilities that require access to a device during the school day may be eligible for accommodations. Parents and guardians should contact their school to discuss individual needs and arrangements.
