Infinite Campus Parent Portal

What:  Contact information updates (phone number, email address) so you can receive communication from schools including emergency messages; Attendance; Grades; Report Cards; Annual Update form (students will not receive laptops until this is filled out each year); more. It is VERY IMPORTANT to set up an Infinite Campus Parent Portal account. 
Who to contact for help:  Your school's Digital Learning Specialist (DLS).

ParentSquare

What:  Text, emails, calls from schools for parents/guardians. You can receive communication without setting up a ParentSquare account, but setting up an account allows you to communicate with your child's teacher and change settings such as when and how you want to receive communication.
Who to contact for help:  Your school's Digital Learning Specialist (DLS).

MyStop

What:  Bus tracking and information about your school bus route. Must set up a MyStop account to use. 
Who to contact for help:  RCPS Transportation department or Jarvis Dunn, jdunn1@rockdale.k12.ga.us

Canvas 

What:  Online learning platform (online classroom) with classroom assignments, communications, and more. Parents can set up a Canvas Observer account to see their child's classroom assignments, resources, communication from teachers, and more.
Who to contact for help:  Your school's Digital Learning Specialist (DLS).

Online School Payments (OSP)

What:  Pay for school fees online, such as after school care, yearbooks, purchasing spirit wear, field trip fees, and more.  
Who to contact for help:  Your school's bookkeeper or school front desk.

RankOne

What:  Management of athletics documents required for RCPS student-athletes to participate in school team sports.  
Who to contact for help:  Your school's Athletic Director or team coach. 

GoFans

What:  Tickets for athletic events at schools.
Who to contact for help:  Your school's Athletic Director or team coach. 

MySchoolBucks

What:  Online payment for supplemental school cafeteria items such as ice cream, juice, or additional snacks. School breakfasts and lunches are free for all RCPS students this year. Supplemental or additional items, such as ice cream, juice, and additional foods, can be paid for using MySchoolBucks.
