How to setup and use the MyStop App to view bus arrival time:
1. Download Versatran MyStop app from Apple App Store or Google Play store.
2. Launch app and select location and notification preferences.
3. Select Rockdale County Public Schools.
4. Enter account login information. The Username is your student's Student ID Number (also known as the student lunch number). The Password is also your student's Student ID Number.
5. Launch app.
6. Select student. If there is only one student in the household, you do not need to select a student. (This option is there for those households with multiple students.)
7. Note the pinpoint icon on the screen to indicate bus stop location.
8. Note the message at the bottom of the screen regarding estimated bus arrival time. You will also be able to view the bus location as it travels to your stop.

MyStop App
Know exactly where your school bus is and what time it will show up at your stop with the Versatrans My Stop mobile app available for iPhone® or Android™ mobile devices.
Parent Benefits
This simple, yet informative tool gives parents, guardians and students the ability to know exactly where the school bus is. My Stop graphically displays the school bus's location on a map, as well as the estimated time of arrival (ETA) to a specific student's bus stop. The school bus's location is automatically updated every five seconds (update frequency depends on your GPS hardware and data plan) and the ETA is recalculated to accommodate any delays due to traffic while in route.
My Stop is available as either a web application or as a native app for iPhone® and Android™ smartphones. When using the app, parents can choose to receive push notifications alerting them to changes in their bus schedule, district-wide announcements and other important news. The web application allows users of other devices including PCs to access the information via a Web browser.
Features
Browser based — simply log on using a mobile Web browser through an iPad®, iPhone® or Android™ mobile device. Users can also access My Stop from any computer connected to the Internet.
Multiple map displays — quickly toggle between a Bing™ aerial map and a road map, or set the map display to “automatic” and allow My Stop to choose which map is best suited depending on the level of zoom.
Estimated Time of Arrival — see when the bus should arrive at the bus stop. ETAs are updated every five seconds to reflect traffic or other delays.
Easy to use — parents/guardians log on with their e-Link username and password to see where the bus is and its ETA to the stop.
Multiple student households — choose a student and instantly locate their bus in a multiple-student household.
