Facilities and Grounds

The Facilities & Grounds staff have a difficult yet rewarding mission to provide a safe, clean, and functional environment for students, employees, and visitors. This department employs skilled craftsmen to provide construction coordination, facility planning, building maintenance, and grounds maintenance.

Construction Projects

In March 2024, the citizens of Rockdale County voted to approve the sixth Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (SPLOST VI) for use by the school system in funding capital projects and to serve the needs of the students in Rockdale County.
