Rockdale County Public Schools is now partnering with ESS (Educational Staffing Services) for our Paraprofessional vacancies. 

Paraprofessionals play a crucial role in supporting instruction, assisting teachers, and helping students thrive. Paraprofessionals work on a consistent school schedule and are expected to follow the assigned hours of the school and classroom they support. We are specifically seeking candidates with relevant classroom or childcare experience, including work in early learning centers, prior paraprofessional roles, substitute teaching experience, or formal teaching experience.

With ESS, Paraprofessionals are paid weekly, have benefits (including health, vision, dental, and 401K ), and earn a $15/day attendance bonus that is paid out over the summer.
