Rockdale County Public Schools (RCPS) is located just 22 miles east of downtown Atlanta in Conyers, GA off of Interstate 20. RCPS Board of Education holds the “Exemplary Board” distinction via Georgia School Boards Association (GSBA) and Georgia School Superintendents Association (GSSA) and operates as a “standards driven” Board.
RCPS has earned International Accreditation by AdvancEd, the parent company for SACS CASI, which is the highest accreditation available to public schools. “You’re going to be seen as one of the very highest rated districts because these are extremely high scores and ones that really are a tribute to the tremendous work that’s being done in Rockdale County Schools.”- Dr. Mike Lodico, Lead Evaluator
