Welcome to the Rockdale County Public Schools (RCPS) Benefits Information Page! As an RCPS employee, your benefits are a very important part of the “Total Compensation Package” you receive from RCPS and may add an additional 30% of your salary to your total compensation from the district. All full-time employees working at least 20 hours per week in a benefits-eligible position are eligible to enroll in any group supplemental benefit plan offered by RCPS.

Open Enrollment (OE) dates are October 20th through November 7th, 2025.
Employees must enroll for benefits on two different websites:
- Medical Benefits: www.myshbpga.adp.com
If you are not making a change to your medical benefits, you do not have to do anything, but employees are encouraged to log in and print your confirmation statement. - RCPS Benefits: https://mymarkiii.com/rockdalecountyschoolsga/enrollment/
Mark III enrollers are scheduled to be in all of the RCPS buildings to assist with enrollment in the RCPS sponsored benefits. You can schedule your appointment by clicking the link above.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) & Dependent Care Accounts (DCA) :
You must log in and re-elect your FSA & DCA contributions if these are benefits that you wish to keep. These two benefits do not reset each year.
