FINANCIAL SERVICES

The Division of Financial Services is dedicated to supporting student achievement by providing comprehensive, system-wide financial support. Financial Services provides unmatched customer service while effectively managing budget preparation, payment processing, cash management, financial reporting, financial audits, grant writing, facility rentals, procurement, and central warehousing.

Budget Development and Control

Financial Services directs the development of an annual operating budget that includes local tax revenue, state funds, and federal funds.

Our goal is to have a balanced budget each year. In accordance with the Rockdale County Public Schools Strategic Plan, the budget will provide optimum resources to educate and empower all students by meeting their individual academic, behavioral, emotional, and social needs.
