- RCPS BBERR Summer Meal Routes will run June 8-July 16, 2026, Monday-Thursday. You do not need to sign up, there is no charge/cost, simply meet the bus at one of the stops. For all children in Rockdale County, ages 1-18 years old.
- Meal Routes will pause June 18, 2026, and July 2-July 9, 2026, in observance of the Juneteenth holiday and July 4th holiday.
- Please note: Due to federal regulations, this summer, all meals must be consumed on site. Bus route meals must be eaten on the bus. Parents/Guardians cannot pickup meals for children. These are federal requirements.
Rockdale County Public Schools (RCPS) has offered the “Be Bright, Eat Right Rockdale” Summer Feeding Program since 2014 to ensure Rockdale County’s children receive healthy, balanced and delicious meals throughout the summer and school breaks. RCPS delivers bagged lunches via school bus to locations in neighborhoods across Rockdale County for children age 1-18. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
