Open Records Requests

Open Records Requests (O.C.G.A. § 50-18-71) should be made to Chief of Strategy and Innovation Cindy Ball.

Please send written requests by email to cball@rockdale.k12.ga.us or by mail to Rockdale County Public Schools, Attention: Chief of Strategy and Innovation, 960 Pine Street NE, Conyers, Georgia 30012.

Please allow three business days for a response. Keep in mind an agency may charge a fee for the copying of records or data, pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 50-18-71.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you are a school outside of RCPS requesting records for a former RCPS student in order to register/enroll them in your school, please contact the school that the child last attended and request school records (such as grades, discipline/behavior, attendance) from the school registrar.
