Rockdale County Public Schools will begin registration for eligible students for kindergarten on March 10, 2025 for the 2025-2026 school year. (Kindergarten registration for the following school year typically starts in March.)


Who should register?
All students who will turn five years old by September 1.


When should I register my child?
Now. All student registration is online.  Please CLICK HERE to access the online application.

What do I need to register my child for kindergarten?

 Child’s birth certificate, showing parent’s name.

 Social Security Card.

 Form 3231 (Certificate of Immunization).

 Form 3300 (Eye / Ear / Dental/Nutrition Certificate).

 Proof of Residence (choose one combination):
- Lease agreement along with electric, water or gas bill.
- Lease agreement along with automobile registration.
- Property tax receipt along with electric, water or gas bill.
- Property tax receipt along with automobile registration.

 Photo I.D. for parent.

 Proof of custody or guardianship if person enrolling child is not the birth parent.

At the time of registration, your child’s school will be assigned and you will be provided the school contact information. After registering your child in Rockdale County Schools, please contact your zoned elementary school for additional information.

¿Que necesito traer para registrar mi estudiante?

 Certificado de Nacimiento mostrando los nombres de los padres.

 Tarjeta del Seguro Social.

 Formulario 3231 (Certificado de vacunas).

 Formulario 3300 (Examen de los Oídos / Ojos / y Dental).

 Prueba al corriente de domicilio:
 Contrato de Renta CON un Recibo de Agua, Gas, o Luz
 Recibo de Impuestos CON un Recibo de Agua, Gas, o Luz
 Contrato de Renta CON el Registro de Automóvil O
 Hoja de Declaración de Domicilio Legal (Affidávit)

 Tarjeta de Identificación con foto de uno de los Padres.

 Prueba de Custodia/Tutela si usted no es uno de los padres biológicos.


Cuando usted registre a su estudiante, se le va a designar una escuela y se le va a dar el nombre de la persona que tiene que contactar en ese plantel.
