Rockdale County Public Schools (RCPS) operates as a Strategic Waivers School System (SWSS/IE²) through the development of the SWSS/IE² partnership between Rockdale County Public Schools and the State Board of Education.
Rockdale County Public Schools (RCPS) is a boundless learning community where students aspire to their dreams and success is expected of all.
