Teen Leadership Summit, November 12, 2016Posted on 09/28/2016Develop your leadership skills, learn more about yourself and network with other teen leaders at the 5th Annual TEEN Leadership Summit on Saturday, November 12, 2016, 8 a.m. - noon at Rockdale Career Academy, 1064 Culpepper Road, Conyers. Free for all middle and high school students, and all participants receive a free T-shirt.
This event is great for school clubs, career tech student organizations, athletes, school band members, peer mentors, school ambassadors, student council members, student government, academic clubs and civic clubs or for any teens interested in serving in a leadership role.
Check-in and registration is 8 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. From 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m., participants choose two out of 10 different breakout sessions offered in the areas of career leadership, community leadership and the essentials of leadership. The Leadership Challenge keynote speaker, Metro Atlanta Boys & Girls Clubs Youth of the Year Brian Ball, wraps the Summit with "Be Your Own Superhero!"
