By resolution adopted on or about June 23, 2007, the Rockdale County Board of Education (“Board”) determined that 25 acres located off Union Church Road (the “Property”), which is more specifically described in the attached Legal Description and Survey, is unnecessary and inconvenient for the operations of Rockdale County Public Schools. The Board will entertain offers of purchase for the fair market value of the Property.
